Seeking: Satin Pants
This will require some trial & error. Trying to get in time for holidays.
We haven’t gone in depth into this journey yet. There are many on our list. We’ve tried Leset ($260), the fit didn’t work, so we sadly returned. These are some others that are on our list.
Reformation ($198): We like that these have a drawstring to cinch the waist. Lots of color options too. UPDATE (12/20): these pants have been purchased and returned. Too thin and see through. Our search continues…
Vince ($365): We also love the Vine color
Almada Label ($395) We haven’t tried this brand but it comes highly recommended. For some reason we’re inclined to try these before the Vince.
Loulou De Saison (formerly LouLou Studio) ($300 on sale) We love this color, we love this brand
Silk Laundry ($299 on sale): We’re obsessed with this color. Other colors available, just not on sale.
UPDATE 12/22: A little birdie told us St. John makes the best satin pants. They are $795, so naturally we went to The Real Real. The birdie was right. These are a fantastic option. All sizes and colors here. Hot deals: XL at TRR for $142.50, size 12 in Navy on Poshmark for $75.
Another thought: these may require shapewear.
